- Manage your subscription anytime through your customer account
- No long-term commitments required
Cancellation Terms
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or fees. Your cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged for future orders.
How to Cancel
- Log into your customer account at [yourdomain.com/account]
- Navigate to "Manage Subscriptions"
- Select the subscription you wish to cancel
- Click "Cancel Subscription"

Pausing or Modifying Subscriptions
Instead of canceling, you can also:
- Pause your subscription temporarily
- Change your delivery frequency
- Skip upcoming deliveries
- Update product quantities or variants
All changes can be made through your customer portal or by contacting us.
Refunds on Subscription Orders
Subscription orders follow our standard refund policy. If you've already been charged for an upcoming delivery and wish to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of the charge for a full refund.
Processing Time
- Cancellations made before your next billing date will prevent future charges
- If you cancel after being charged, the order may already be in fulfillment
